Yes, with any Online Store 2.0 theme. Enable the **Elite Embed Core** app embed in **Online Store → Edit theme → App embeds**. That is the only theme step for every bundle type. ## Do I need to edit theme code? No. Setup happens in the app and in the theme editor's App embeds panel. ## What is the difference between the app embed and the app block? * **Elite Embed Core** (app embed): required for every bundle type, enabled once per theme * **Multi-Option Bundle** (app block): optional, only for placing a multi-option selector somewhere other than above the theme's Add to cart button * **Bundle Upsell** (app block): optional, only for placing upsell cards somewhere other than below the theme's Add to cart button * **Bundle Items** (app block): optional, only for placing a fixed bundle's "In this bundle" list somewhere other than below Add to cart ## Can I promote a bundle on other product pages? Yes, with an upsell. In the bundle's **Config → Upsell**, choose which product pages show a card for the bundle and how it looks. See [Upsells](/grow-and-manage/upsells.md). ## Can shoppers subscribe to a bundle? Yes, for build-your-own and multi-option bundles. Plans come from your subscription app (Recharge, Appstle, Seal, Loop, Skio, Shopify Subscriptions or any app that sells through Shopify selling plans), which also bills renewals. Put every product in the bundle in one plan there, then turn on **Offer subscriptions** in the bundle's **Config → Subscriptions** to connect that plan. Shoppers choose one-time purchase or subscribe above the add to cart button. Fixed bundles can't be subscribed to, because Shopify does not sell its own bundles on selling plans. See [Subscriptions](/create-bundles/subscriptions.md). ## Is it really free? Yes. Every feature, unlimited bundles, no order caps, no trial. ## Can I create multiple bundles? Yes. Each bundle has its own products, steps, rules, discount, design and status. ## What do Draft, Unlisted and Active mean? **Draft** is hidden. **Unlisted** is reachable by direct link, for testing. **Active** is public. ## How do shoppers get the discount? It applies automatically at checkout when the bundle reaches a configured tier. No code to enter. ## Can I use collections instead of picking products? Yes. A collection-based step updates itself as the collection changes. ## What happens when a product goes out of stock? It shows as sold out and cannot be bought. In a multi-option bundle, if every choice in a required option is unavailable the whole bundle becomes unavailable until stock returns or the option is changed. ## Can I show my own product data on the cards? Yes, on all three bundle types. In the editor's preview, hover a product card, the cart, an option or "In this bundle" and click **+** at a spot: a badge on the image, a line under the title or price, a text block, or a line under each cart item. Then choose **Add text** to type your own words with variables such as `{sku}`, `{vendor}`, `{inventory}` or `{savings}`, or **Add metafield** to show a text, number, date, URL or colour metafield whose definition has **Storefront access**. See [Product data](/customize-and-publish/product-data.md). ## Can shoppers add a gift message or an engraving? Yes, with add-ons in **Offer → Add-ons**. **Bundle add-ons** (a gift message, To & From, a delivery date, an email, a gift box, a choice) are filled in once for the whole bundle, in the bundle cart or a last step. **Product add-ons** (engraving, gift wrap, the shopper's own photo) are filled in per product in quick view. Each is free, a fixed amount or a product's price, never discounted, and the answers show on the order. See [Add-ons](/create-bundles/build-your-own-bundle.md#offer-tab-add-ons). ## Can a field show only when a box is ticked? Yes. Open the add-on and set **Show** to the add-on above it it should wait for, such as *When Gift card is ticked*. It also works with text that is filled in, a date or image added, or a choice ("When Ribbon is Red"). Until then the field is hidden, so it isn't required, charged or sent, and shoppers who skip the gift card are never asked for a name. ## Can I preview a bundle before it is public? Yes. Set it to **Unlisted**, click **View live**, and test the direct link before switching to **Active**. ## Why did my design change after switching templates? A template resets the layout settings (product cards, steps, bundle cart, discount display) to its own values. Branding, variant display, quick view, the banner, product data spots and the add button's Button text are kept. Review Design and save again. ## Does it work with side-cart apps and 3PLs? Yes. The cart carries one bundle line with the picked items inside; the order carries the real SKUs; inventory is tracked on the real products. A bundle bought on a subscription is the exception: its items are separate cart lines, because Shopify does not merge lines that carry a selling plan. ## How do I get support? Open the app and click **Support** or **Chat now**, or email . Typical response time is around 10 minutes during IST business hours, with a maximum wait of one business day.
